Access recovery

If you have already registered for the Colloquium on the Zoom website, but have lost the link to enter the meeting (sent to the email after successful registration), do the following:

1. Try to find an email with a link you have already received. Search for the email from Zoom (no-reply@zoom.us) with the subject line "Colloquium on Modern Problems of Condensed Matter Physics Confirmation» in your email inbox.

2. If you find the email you are looking for, please save the link you received when registering for the Zoom Colloquium! It will give you access to all meetings.

3. If you still can't find the email with the link you received, don't register again - unfortunately, the organizers do not see new registration attempts to the same email. In this case, write to the Organizing Committee (seminar@cond-mat.ru) and we will duplicate the letter with your personal link from Zoom. And be sure to save this newly received letter!

Если Вы уже регистрировались на Коллоквиумы на сайте Zoom, но потеряли ссылку для входа на заседание (высылается на почту после успешной регистрации), попробуйте сделать следующее:

1. Попробуйте найти уже полученное письмо со ссылкой в папке «входящие» в электронной почте. Ищите письмо от отправителя Zoom (no-reply@zoom.us) и с темой письма "Colloquium on Modern Problems of Condensed Matter Physics Confirmation».

2. Если Вы нашли нужное письмо, обязательно сохраните ссылку, полученную при регистрации на Коллоквиумы в Zoom! По ней Вы будете осуществлять доступ на все заседания.

3. Если Вам так и не удалось найти письмо с полученной ссылкой, не стоит заново регистрироваться — к сожалению, организаторы не видят новые попытки регистрации на один и тот же email. В этом случае напишите на адрес Оргкомитета (seminar@cond-mat.ru) и мы продублируем Вам письмо с Вашей персональной ссылкой от Zoom. И обязательно сохраните это вновь полученное письмо!
